Mystical poem written April 20, 2026.

There came a morning,
Between when I left home,
And when I found a home,
That I began to darken
I began to look to the world,
And see only a problem,
Something to be endured,
For the sake of the mission
Committed to both Love and War,
I came to see the world in Their terms,
And pursue my goals,
According to Their virtues
But there hasn’t been a morning since,
That I have not raised my voice in prayer,
Only to drink in my day,
With a drop of bitterness
